Hello,

Not sure which steps that you have tried. Can you list them down. But may we know any reason you are not updating your windows 10? We are now at Windoww 1809 Os build 17763.348.

And do you have Websense or Forcepoint installed in your system?

Thank you,

Thank you for that. But still, I am suggesting to update your windows 10. There are user reporting that the problem solved with Windows update. You can always do the manual windows update

It is good that you have such access as you would be able to do the entire clean boot under a new Windows admin account detailed here:

https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#cleanboot

Let is know the results when you have completed it.

Still the same issue. Not resolved.

I want to be clear on the clean boot - that a new Windows admin account was indeed created / tested under and that all but the Windows essential services, and Fences itself, was were turned off.

I am not implying that you did not / would not, it's many skip some steps as they can be a chore to complete.

Then we are at a loss, dominicrajan.  Unless you want to involve your IT people to see if they can provide some insight to you, I can extend you a refund offer if this is a new purchase.
