Icon Stuck Off Screen

I have an icon that is stuck off-screen that is not in a fence. I have two desktops with Fences. I can NOT drag the off-screen icon into a fence. It keeps snapping back to its off-screen position. I can not right click to delete it either. I can see the off-screen icon when I drag between my two desktops.

How can I fix this bug and get the icon deleted or moved into a fence?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this.

1) Disable desktop pages. This should bring back all icon and fences into one Desktop. Try to delete it. And you can enable desktop pages again after that.

2) Sometimes you need to "unlock fences" to move around the fences to get to the icon.

Try these first and let us know if you still need assistance.

Thank you.

I found a better solution. I located the mystery off-screen shortcut in my Windows 10 desktop folder and just deleted it. Then I made the setting in Fences to make all new shortcuts go to a new Fence I created for New Shortcuts. (from there I sort them) Very nice feature I didn't even realize was there!

PROBLEM SOLVED!
