Help with "Subscriber rescouces"

Can anyone help with "Subscriber rescouces". There is that page where we are supposed to be able to download Premium skins". It recognizes my membership - but I can't download.

he's not on the WC browser so I'm assuming he's not a subscriber....

If it recognizes you, then you see the page with the two suites when you click on that link. What happens exactly when you click on a name of one of the suites? What happens if you right click on it?
