It won't let me outline my fences. I have the box checked and have Windows 10. What if anything am I doing wrong. It would be cool if the Fences had a thick outline.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can we have a screenshot of your fences with the "Outline Fence areas" selected.
Sometimes it a bit hard to see since, I believe, the outline is only 1 pixel wide.
