Cannot launch "Configure Fences" on windows 10 Computer

We just got a new computer and reinstalled our Fences ver. 3 application. I can create fences on the desktop but when I right click on the desktop and select “Configure Fences”, nothing happens; it's as if I did not click on the option.

Seems to work fine on another computer running Windows 10.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Just click and open the Fences app to Configure in Win 10

is what I do I don't have the right click option either on the desktop.

It's not an issue with the right click, the option is there and allows me to select it, it just closes the option where you would expect a pop up dialog box to open with the config options. nothing opens. The same thing happens opening from the start menu program.
