Accessibility for visual impairments

Interfaces are not accessible without alt text lables

I am legally blind.  I use magnification for some PC use, and a screen reader (NVDA) for other objects.

When I am unable to see objects on the screen with my magnifier (small fonts or poor contrast), I rely on the screen reader to audibly tell me the label of each object.

The CursorFX control panel seems to be almost entirely images of text, and have no labels or alt text.  I'm stuck without the ability to magnify or hear elements in the interface.

What can you do to help me use the product I just purchased from you?  I'd rather have a solution than a refund.

Other than the tools available in Windows, and perhaps third party image products that have OCR built in (ShareX for example), I am not sure what else to recomend - the product itself, nor any other we make, has any such help.

Thanks for the response.  Unfortunately, there are no tools (like OCR) that will actively read text out of images.  What you suggested I do is to take a screenshot, pass it through OCR software, produce a text document, and read it through my screen reader.  That isn't feasible for interacting with software interfaces.  What I would like is for your developers to code the interface with a hotfix that includes laels for all the "text elements on the window.  Even places where text is just text, and not an image aren't accessible.  Fortunately, I can see those with magnification.  Others, however, will not.
