Incompatibility FENCES with 360 TOTAL SECURITY version 10.2.0.1251

I use 360 total Security antivirus and Fences conflict with the new Desktop Organizer recently added on the premium version. It is possible in the 360 appl. to inable or disable this 'premium' Organizer but the conflict remain. When enabling the 360 Organizer, Fences disappear, when disabled, Fences turn back but impossible to do anything: Frames include all the icons, but no possibility to clic inside the Fence or modify any property of the window (menu, border, settings).
Any trick to ... trick the Antivirus ?

This is new to us but a conflict seems almost natural if you have two apps competing to 'organize' (the exact thing Fences does) the desktop.

We do appreciate the report, however.
