Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/485856/cursorfx-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to reboot after installation. Retest. And report back.

Thanks

Had some problems similar to that just the other day... Uninstalled CFX completely, re-installed, Now it works as a charm ;)

Hello,

When i open any games the cursor just dissappears.

The cursor you want 'disappears' (what you set it to with CFX) or the mouse cursor disappear entirely?

Most games will apply their own cursor when the game is running so it would not be surprising if the CFX cursor is replaced when it is running.

Do you have CursorFX installed in its default location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\CursorFX

If not, do so and see if it is still the case?

Not sure if this will help you but you can always disable CursorFX before launching a game using this https://forums.stardock.com/485856/cursorfx-support-faq#disableCFX

and

Please try the following:

-For Windows 7 Users: click Start, in the start search field type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator'.

-Type: sfc /scannow

-Wait for the scan to complete (this can take several minutes)

Some help on how this looks should you need it:

If the SFC finds errors, but cannot fix them, please also run the following command in the same command prompt window:

dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Some help on how this looks should you need it:

The above command should assist with replacing any damaged or problematic system files. Please note, however, since it may require restoring certain files, this process can take some time and you will need to be patient until it has completed.

Please let me know whether this resolves your problem or if you have any additional questions.
