As you see there is a transparency bug. (Pictures) Sometimes by tabbing out of fullscreen the windows starmenu buggs the transparency, so if the menu is closed the transparency is still overlapping all other windows and dont disappear, how it should be.

It is Optix Fire. And sorry i was i little angry about the post deleting before.

Install and apply the Style, don't see the problem on my end. Have you mode anything on the Style. I see from the Style Start Menu setting it suppose to hide User Pictures. But on your the user picture is showing. And reason for that?

Note: My mistake, that is just an icon of a picture on desktop?

1) Windows 10 version : use winver.exe

2) WB, Start10 version

3) Monitor setups : Dual monitor : Resolutions and scaling applied (100%, 125% etc etc)

Few more information :

1)The problem happened on certain WB style. Or any style?

2)Could you try disable the Wallpaper Engine and see if the problem goes away.

The Problem appears every time when the game "Rust" from steam is running.

If its only happened when Rust is running, can you try to exclude Rust from WB and see if the problem get solved.

Happens also when i try to access the Taskbar via windows button when an application is in fullscreen, even when Wallpaper Engine is not running. Also by resizeing windows there is a bug (See picture).

VLC is one of Application that having problem with WB theme. I think it is because VLC has it own skin engine. You can exclude VLC from using WB theme.
