Windows Control Panel Settings not appearing in Start10 searches

I currently have Windows 10 Pro v1803 installed on my computer.  I am also using Start10 v1.6.1.  I used to be able to use the Search Bar within the Start10 panel to navigate to various Windows 10 settings like "View Reliability" or "Add / Remove Programs" but after a recent Windows 10 automatic update, I haven't been able to search for many of the various Windows 10 settings from Start10 and instead have to navigate to the Windows 10 Settings panel and search from there.

I read one post online that indicated that Stardock was aware of this problem and were working on a solution. This post also seemed to indicate that Start10 v1.6.1 was supposed to address the issue but that is not the case for me.  I would appreciate any help that you can give me regarding how I can again use the Search Field in the Start10 panel to navigate to various Windows Settings.

Thanks,

Dave Mayfield

Thanks for the link to article on how to rebuild the search index.  Unfortunately, this didn't resolve my problem.  Some Control Panel items can be accessed via the Start10 Search Window but other items that have been removed from the Control Panel applet and must now be accessed via the Windows Setting screen no longer seem to be searchable via Start10.  An example of the is the "View Reliability History".  It can only be accessed via the search field in the Windows Setting window.  I read somewhere that Microsoft moved some of the Settings to another folder in one of the most recent Windows 10 releases and that this change had been noted by Stardock and I thought that I had read that release 1.6.1 was supposed to address this problem.  Unfortunately, for me the problem still isn't resolved
