Trouble with registering Fences in Steam!

Hello~

I bought Fences in Steam. When I reinstalling operating system(from Windows 7 to Windows 10), I could't register it any more. After installing Fences from Steam, a window arked for key displayed， retry didn't work at all. And install/uninstall Fences in steam many times also don't work...

Can anyone help me with this? Thx!
