Icons don't move with fence

Some days ago I noticed, that when dragging or resizing fences, the icons inside don't move.
I already deleted all fences and reinstalled fences. The problem is not solved. When i drag an
icon into the fence, the fence gets focused, but the icon does not seem to be really attached to it.

Windows 7 64 Bit, 2 monitors, primary display 1980x1080 (where the fences are),
secondary display 3440x1440

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Did you have your fences locked? Please try unlock it.

Thank's for your fast reply.

No, fences were unlocked, otherwise moving fences wouldn't be possible.

I have version 2.13 installed, forgot to mention.
