Just installed fences 3.09. Everything appeared to install correctly no errors. Before even getting to make a fence error.
Fences has detected that Explorer was not closed properly. Fences has been disabled.
Uninstalled, reinstalled same problem.

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your Stradock account Reboot again and test.
