Fences won't download

from Stardock Forums

Today, I went to download Windows Fences, but was shown a 404 page. I was going to submit a support ticket, but realized in the address bar that my product download is expired. Is there some way I can get the product again without buying it again? Don't get me wrong, I like the produce and it's extremely useful (especially the scrolling window feature), but I'd rather not have to purchase it a second time.

 

Also, how do I change my email address? I've decided to set a reminder to check back later, because I haven't had access to the address on file in over a year.

Hello,

I believe once you have expired your subscription you won't be able to download. What you can do is to check in your PC for olds downloads. You still can use those to install. On my PC those old download was saved in my c:/Users/xxxxx/Downloads/Stardock.

As for email address you can change it using this link : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#changeemail

Thank you, basj. I don't still have an old download, but I may look into how v.3 differs from v.2. I'm in a bit of a customization mood right now.
