Fences Activation Error

I ordered the Stardock bundle from Humble Bundle, Fences will not activate, and is not listed in my account on your site. I put the key in Steam, and it shows up there, but when I run the program it asks me to activate it, and it won't take the key. I copied and pasted the key from Humble Bundle site, so I know it is right. The first time it said something to the effect that it could not connect to Steam, and after that it says invalid product key.
