Start10 animation is jittery.

OS: Win 10 1803, Start10 1.61. 

 

Issue: jittery, not smooth, (skipping frames) animation. 

 

I stretched the bar so it's more evident. Same behavior on normal height bar.

Compared to the standard windows 10 start menu animation, which is smooth, the start10 replacement is jittery.

 

I tried disabling transparency, removing items, resizing, reinstalling, purging and reinstalling. It always produces the same animations.

I created a new user, did a clean boot, still getting non-smooth on the new account as soon as i login to that user. 

It's more noticeable when I stretch the bar height 10 times normal size. 

 

Ater uninstalling start10, (the default windows) bar is super smooth, even with the frosty blur.

I saw your video. And I see no difference there are jitters on your Windows 10 default too. Can someone else confirm these. Maybe it just me.
