Bought / paid for 10, link served 8

A very nice Humble Bundle with this error

Along with a nice little heap of very pleasant software, I got Start 8 ... from what should have brought me Start 10.

I have the key. But have opted /not/ to try installing it.

Some way to exchange?

UpDate - In a larger post I read that I could use Start8 to upgrade to Start10. That would have settled things.

Start8 will not install on Win10, so I'm still stuck with it.

Not sure it's an issue.
I ended up with Start8. I need Start10. Nothing complicated.

I think what Mike (AzDude) trying to suggest to you is get the refund for the Start8 and purchase new Start10. You need to submit a ticket for the refund.
