Can't uninstall Fences

Not Listed in WIndows Control Panel - Programs

Stardock Object manager thinks Fences is installed but it's not listed in windows control panel.
Since it's not in control panel I cannot uninstall it.

This all started because I can't create a new fence. The fences I created some time ago still work but I can't create a new one.
I wanted to uninstall and install but can't do that either.

Do this PURGE will uninstall fences https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

then Reboot.

Then if you want to reinstall do it from here https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/
