Couldnt connect to the Fences Activation server

Hello,

After using fences for a long time, we have since been prompted to activate our Fences product key, however when filling that out Fences fails to connect to the verification server.

We took the following steps to try and resolve the situation;

  1. Change networks
  2. Disabling any firewalls
  3. Activating a trial license

However none of the above worked.

 

We would like to receive a bit of help regarding activation of these licenses.

You need to ensure that the app (not you manually) can reach the activation address from within your network (Fiddler may help here):

https://activate.api.stardock.net over port 443

Other than that, you can use the 'Offline' activation method:
