Reserve Edge of Screen

I had ObjectDock, but it is no longer supported in Windows 10.

Is there another Stardock program, which will allow me to create an Icon dock, which will not be covered by open windows?

I do not see a way to "reserve the edge of the screen", like there was in ObjectDock.
