Windows 10 Work PC - Fences Restarts Explorer.exe when using WIN-D or Desktop link

I have a brand new Windows 10 Work PC, and I just installed Fences. No matter what I do, Fences keeps restarting explorer.exe when using WIN-D or Desktop link to go to desktop. It also does not remember which monitor the fences should appear on when it restarts. I have tried two versions of Fences with the same results: Fences 2 and Fences 3. Help! I've been using Fences for years and would hate to have to leave it behind!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe you mentioned it Work PC? Do you have Websense/Facepoint or something similar installed in this system? If so there are several thread which discussed the issues your your reference:
