I recently had to factory reset my Windows 10 PC, which resulted in me having to reinstall all my application software. I now find that when Fences is launched, it automatically launches the Fences Configuration Menu, which I find annoying. It didn't do this previously - how do I switch this feature off?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and install. https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
Make sure re-download the latest version of Fences from your account. And, reinstall that after the purge. Reboot before and after the install.
Retest to see if the problem still there and report back here.

I have the same problem.
I purged like described in ( https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling )and reinstalled the newest version of Fences, but the problem is the same!
