Want to uninstall Fences delete all files/links/and folder in OS and Registry but it's not in Control Programs & Features

Need to uninstall Fences but even Purge Fences file does not work

Need to uninstall Fences and get rid of all residual file and registry folders. It's not, however, listed in my Win 7 Control > Programs and Features. But it's listed as an installed program on Local Disk (C) > Program Files (x86). Have saved "C:\Users\KM\Downloads\Purge_Fences (1).bat" (to Download and Desktop) right clicked, run as Admin, , not rebooted, and clicked Continue but it does nothing and the program still exists in C:\. It seems it has also corrupted files linked to being able to right-click sort/arrange all other desktop folders. I cannot arrange any folders or programs with right click View, Sort or Refresh and must manually arrange all these items.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

1. After you have done the purge part in "Purge_Fences.bat". Fences still load on start-up?

2. You said

This happened before or after Fences is purged?

Please clarify. Thank you.

Thanks.

No. I have disabled Fences in Sys Config as a Startup Item. And I have nothing that looks like Fences/Stardock in Task Manager's Names or Descriptions after booting to desktop. But I have a Fences icon on my desktop at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Fences\Fences.exe" /FromDesktop. And a Downloads file named Fences3-sd-setup. In Local Disk (C:) Program Files (x86) I have a Stardock/Fences folder with 28 files in it.

(Corrupted files) This happened before or after Fences is purged?

2.  Being unable to right-click View/Sort/Refresh my desktop folders occured after I ran the "Purge_Fences.bat" file.

Reinstall Fences, reboot, try to uninstall Fences in the normal manner as it should then show up in Add / Remove.
