Cannot activate Fences 3 - buttons don't work!

I have a problem, I bought and installed Fences 3 in my Windows 7 64bit notebook. However I can not use it.

The 3 buttons don’t work. When I click on “Insert product Key” or “Buy product Key” or “Start 30 trail” nothing happens

I tried to uninstall it, but It don’t work too.

So I can neither use it nor uninstall it.

 

What can I do?

I have my account, I have installed it and I have the product key.

But I can not use my key anyware. How can I use it?

Hello,

Would like to know, from where you did the purchase? From Steam or direct from Stardock? There is slight difference in activation method between these two.

But looking from your reply, I assume it was direct from Stardock. If so please proceed to do the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Please reboot after the purge and re-download a latest fresh version of Fences from your account. Install the product. reboot again. Just to make sure. And try the activation again.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately, it didnt work.

The purge worked fine, but after the re-installation the problem is still the same. 

There is other way to activate it? I bought it directly in the stardock website.
