CURRENT SERIAL NUMBER NOT BEING ACCEPTED

It must have taken 20 times before my valid email address was recognised. and still the serial number sent by stardock WILL NOT BE VALIDATED. has anybody else had this problem? please I hope someone has a solution. Just for the record the serial number I am using (trying to use) is the one sent by stardock to my email address. thank you

Looking at the logs, it appears you were able to activate eventually.

 not overly happy.

I had to buy your product again because I couldn't log in.  i n spent ages because the serial number YOU provided would not register. then YOU would not accept my email address.

so now I have two fences and two start10's

I was going to buy a back up computer anyway. LOL
