Desktop pages very laggy after latest Windows update..

Things used to be very smooth before this update, but something happened and now using desktop pages is extremely choppy and unsmooth, Fences version should be the latest 3.0.9.11.

Here is a gif to try and illustrate what I'm experiencing, although it could be hard to tell from this, it's very bad on my actual monitor. It used to move smoothly with the mouse cursor, now the framerate seems to be very low.

Please download latest version from your account and install that version. Make sure to reboot before and after the installation.
