Hello,
The fences will not roll upwards when placed on the bottom edge of scree. Windows 10, Multi screemHD, Fences roll up enabled, roll up fences placed on edge of screen selected, tried variations of locking and unlocking, start and stop computer, removed program and had to purchase another license. Nothing works.

If you did and you have try the purge and reinstall steps suggested above. Still the problem exist. Please post a video grab of your problem.
