Licenses issue

Hello,
I've a problem with Fences 2 licenses that I bought some years ago.

These are the orders:
Order no.: 3369163
Order no.: 3396183

I have 18 licenses.

I need to deactivate some licenses but I cannot manage them.
On this page "https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products#" I see only one Fences license.

How can I deactivate some licenses?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It's because you activated each key under many different proper-name email addresses (something we discourage for corporate clients for this very reason) - deactivation would only accessible by those email addresses.
