Start10 was working and now stops working when I try to install the update

Start10 no longer works after attempting update

Purchased Start10. Start10 was working on my Windows 10 machine. I tried to update the software. Symantec stopped the update download. Start10 stopped working on my windows 10 computer. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Start10. Start10 configuration program comes up, but the Start10 menu does not appear.

Any thoughts

Find the answer. Start10 -> Control. I had to change "Start Button shows Start10 menu unless in tablet mode" to "Start Button show Start10 menu"

I used what was described up above but it didn't make any difference.  I have a photo but I don't see any way that I can add it.
