Feature request: manual organization inside fnence

I would like to be able to manually place icons inside a fence. I do not want "snap to first available position" to operate. I might even want to leave blank icon areas between other icons. I might want to have an icon right justified instead of left justified. That seems to be something that is currently not possible.

I agree. Would like to choose where the icon goes.
