Win 10 lock page image

This was originally reported on ticket TFE-413-57621. Start10 changed my lock screen image when I installed it. After this happened, I was unable to restore the image to one of my choice using Personalization/Lock screen. After I uninstalled Start10 completely, the image reverted to the one I chose. I reinstalled Start10. Once again, Start10 changed my lock screen image. The original Stardock email response to this problem informed me that "Start10 does not change the lock screen.". This completely false. What other UNAPPROVED changes is Start10 making to my system? Has anyone solved this problem in a way that retains Start10? It's completely uninstalled on my system for now.
