Please allow manual icon placement/ Ability to turn off auto-arrange

Hi there

I would really appreciate it if auto-arrange was able to be turned off.

Sometimes it is very handy to manually arrange files into visual sub-categories within a fence. So that you don't go crazy with multiple fences.

E.g. On windows desktop, before Fences, I would make rows or columns relating to the sub-category of around 2-5 files, but grouped with other files/ icons in the same 'master-category'.

Bascially it would be handy to allow a way to create more than one level of heirarchy with Fences.

Why is Stardock not listening to their users?  I was easily able to find tons of requests for this feature going back to 2009.  You have a desktop icon management program that won't let you put icons where you want - almost impossible to believe!  Even more difficult to believe is that in TEN YEARS of users requesting this, nothing has changed.  WHY IS THIS STILL AN ISSUE?!
