Not accepting product key or email

I got a new computer and downloaded fences onto it. Keyed in my activation code and states incorrect activation code.  I am typing the code right from the receipt I received with the code right on it.  I can't retrieve the code due to not having that email address any longer. I don't know what to do at this point. Can anyone help?  I tried calling support and sending an email but no reply

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

First thing to check is if you fences key is for fences 2 

and if your loading fences 3 in the new PC you need a new key

as fences 3 is an upgrade from 2 . and you'll have to buy the upgrade.

If that's the case and you need the upgrade go to this link
