Fences 3 Trial version and Steam version installed at the same time

unable to remove the trial version

I had the trial version of Fences installed on my Win10 PC, then after 30 days of trial period I went ahead and bought and installed the steam version of Fences 3. The trial version keeps on popping up asking me to entering a product key. Of course I don't have a key since I got my copy from Steam! So I tried to uninstall the trial version in order to use the proper steam version, but I find I just could not uninstall the trial version. It is nasty little piece of software.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Please try this:

1) Uninstall the Fences. (that will be for the Steam ver)

2) Do the purge part by using these steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

3) Reboot and reinstall Fences from Steam again. and Reboot again.

See if that solve the problem.
