Does StarDock even reply back??? Because I emailed them at [email protected] for some issues and bugs, and I didn't get any replies back at all, what is going on????

I sent them a couple of questions just yesterday and got back a response today...They 'said' give 2 days, and they beat it by 1! I was grateful, and kinda' impressed. Sorry if you weren't so 'lucky'. Perhaps mine was a much simpler request to answer????...

they do respond, but their response time increases when they are swamped.

apparently they have been swamped following the recent problem with WB 3.5 timing out.

The only email that I see from you is dated today. It appears that we may not have received your previous email. you should have at least received an auto reply. You should receive a response within the next 24 hours as tech support is a bit bogged down with the 3.5 time out issue.
