Disappearing strart menu

Why has my pinned programs panal gone blank, except for three programs of the normally 15 available. I can only see the installed programs when I click on "All Programs" Everything was ok one day and then dissapeared the next. I am on win 10 ver 1709. I prefer the win 7 start menu thats why I use Start 10. I have tried re-insatalling the program and get the same result. Latest program updates installed

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version.
