DLL error !! help me plz

I am using WB 3.5 and I have XP Professional. OK this is the problem, never had any problems with WB, but i started my computer it said:
Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close.
extra details:
AppName: rundll32.exe AppVer: 5.1.2600.0 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000
I couldnt change the WB skin, and when i try doing that i get the error and it goes back to the classis XP skin.
I already tried re-installing the program but that didnt help.
Can anyone help me out ??
