Skin apps only, not titlebar or taskbar
So I am the kind of person that basically can't stand light themes at all, and one of my issues with Windows 10 is that the included dark theme does not theme non-UWP apps like Explorer and Task Manager. So for awhile I've been using things like Gray10 for UXThemePatcher but it has some unintended side effects, like making certain menu sliders invisible. So I decided to check out WindowBlinds and found a couple dark themes that were to my liking. The problem is that I only want the apps themselves to be dark without any messing with the start menu or titlebar, which are just fine for me. And nearly every theme seems to want to change those and make them, well, worse. Unfortunately at least in the trial there doesn't seem to be an option to override these with the default theme. There's an option to use the OS start button, but I want the whole taskbar to be left alone. There's an option to use the taskbar from another style, but the default MS style is not available and as far as I can tell no one has cloned it to a selectable style. I can set per-application overrides for the titlebar, but not a global override.
