Hello !!!
I was download a skins.I dezip the files .wba whith a program and now i would like export every files for make a file .theme how make that ??
(sorry for the language i have 15 years old and i m french !)

Pierre, you don't need to export the Windowblinds file into a .theme format. To run a Windowblinds skin, you need Windowblinds and nothing else.
A .theme file is only a way to package different skins, icons, wallpapers, icons, and other stuff together as one file. BUt you still need the individual applications.
For example, a WinStyle theme (.theme) file may contain a Windowblinsd skin, a Winamp skin, a Cursor XP set, an IconPackager set, a wallpaper and an Objectbar theme. To be able to use the complete Winstyle theme, you still need Windowblinds, Winamp, Cursor XP, IconPackager and Objectbar. A Winstyle theme is basically just a big ZIP file containing a bunch of different skins and themes.

If I understand correct you want to put all the files in a .theme?

Maby you should try winstyles, that packs all the programs togheter, and you have a theme.
