Does WindowBlinds include SkinStudio or not?

Howdy

Going through the site trying to find out how to do some minimal customization on my chosen style in WindowBlinds (Modern. The look is pleasing, especially in Win10, but the program sides are too fat for my taste). Couldn't find how to do it, but found something called SkinStudio that, from one mention somewhere seemed to be included with my paid copy of WindowBlinds, would help me do the job. Unfortunately, I can't find a download link anywhere for it. Lots of "How to use" but no "Here it is." Nor does it appear to be on my hard drive.

Is it included in my copy or is it yet another Got To Pay For It As Well thing? Too dang much confusionware around. (Can't figure out either if WinCustomize is software or just a website. *sigh*)

It did indeed show up _this_ time when I logged in (hadn't done the last few times I tried); many thanks. Let's see what I can come up with.
