Icon troubles please help

I can download the icons just fine but after I unzip them and the icon packager opens they will not load all I see Is ! in a yellow field..
I know that they used to work now that I reformated they won't.

My version is paied for not cracked.

Did You load the downloaded package with Iconpackager or did You unzip it and move it somewhere ?
Also I am pretty sure that You have Iconpackager 2.12 installed.
