Error every time I interact with desktop

like the title says, every time i press the desktop or move an icon it gives me this error

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Also, make sure you download the latest version from your account. Reinstall it and reboot.
