Combines everything to one monitor on restart

I have boxes configured on both monitors. I power down only monitors at night. When I turn monitors on simultaneously all my boxes are on monitor 1. Every day I have to configure fences and restore my layout from a backup. I have searched forums and tried a few things to no avail.

I have extended monitors too, and occasionally I also just turn off my monitors. But I do not have problem as yours. These only happened if I manually stop my extended monitor to off. ie. Win key + P select PC screen only. Than all my fences will move to the only available monitor. And If I turn extended monitor back on. I need to do Fences Snapshot to restore those fences.
I believe your pc has something running in background which will automatically turn off that extended monitor state to save energy. Please look into those.
