Object Desktop installed & activated but Groupy is asking for a serial number.

I purchased Object Desktop, installed & activated it, but Groupy (which is included with OD), is asking for a serial number. How do I find that serial number? I logged on to my account and had my serials emailed to me, but Groupy was not in the list.

I tried using my OD serial and email, but that didn't work.

There was an option to activate Groupy by logging into my Stardock account, but it tells me the email address or pw is invalid... even thought I can log into Stardock using those same credentials.

Any help is appreciated!

I tried that... but no Groupy key was listed... the only keys listed, (that will work on my Win 10 PC), were Object Desktop and Start 10.

I thought that since Groupy is included in OD package, I wouldn't need to purchase a separate key.

Well on my system the Groupy will accept the OD keys for its activation. BTW did the key works on other product such as fences, windowblinds etc etc?

Yes WB and Fences activated OK. I was able to activate Groupy after rebooting. Thank you so much for your help! Sorry for the confusion!
