Shutdown positioning

Howdy!

I appreciate all the work that's been done on the Start 8 and Start 10 projects! I know this has been great for me as the OS modernizes but changes to how to interact with the OS make me less productive. I've attached a screenshot of a minor problem with the positioning of the "Run" menu and the "Shut down" button on the Windows 7 theme with black edges. The gapping between "Run" and "Shut down" isn't quite right.
