How to replicate appearance of Start 10 video on Website

I have tried every appearance/configuration permutation possible in the Start 10 program and I can't even come close to emulating the video and/or screen shot configurations and appearances I see on the website. What am I not understanding, please? Can anyone send me to a link which actually shows which choices were made in the setup to achieve the look I want?

I actually would have been satisfied with any of them that were pictured on the main web page, figuring that once I got the hang of it I could press on from there.  However, I have given up after spending way too much time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and uninstalled. The main (only?) problem had to do with the font and the font size that showed up in every model I tried.  The large fonts didn't fit in the menus. I tried on three different monitors, all at different resolutions and the font sizes were out of control. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the problem was my fault, but my level of frustration bottomed out and I uninstalled. BTW - I tried a program called Classic, Shell, expecting similar problems, but it worked just fine.

Anyway, thank you for responding. I probably gave up too soon.
