Question about making skins

Hi. I'm new to the boards. I'm wondering if there is a "skin-builder" anywhere here to make your own skins for Window Media Player. For example, Neoplanet has a pdf file as well as a template you can download which gives you step-by-step information on how to create your own skins for Neoplanet. Is there such a thing for Windows media Player? Thanks.

I think that information is on Microsofts site.....just do a search on there for Windows Media Player and look for links to skinning it.

oh duh....dang sorry....There is an SDK for building your own skins, describing graphics, js files, etc. There is no program which automatically puts it all together for you the the Winamp skin builder.

Nope, if there was It wouldn't be SKINNING....
WMP is one of the few where you still have to write the raw code with your bare hands!

The only things you need is
-paint
-notepad

now paint isn't really the best program but.....

I don't know. Microangelo is a commercial icon editor. I've heard of a couple others, some that are freeware and some that are not, but I don't recall the names. Maybe some one else knows?
