Shoot, just clicking on the link you put there started to download it!

Maybe you need to dump your cookies or something. Or maybe you hit a download cap.

It would be better to figure out why you can't download it. Perhaps someone will come along that has better answers. Or you could write to WC support. I wouldn't feel right about emailing the skin since it is not my creation, but I notice the author has his email address in his profile. Just click on his name. It would be better if you ask him. I have noticed that he seems to be very nice and is frequently around helping people.
