I cannot see my own skins

I understand that some skinners recently experienced some upload problems. I DID NOT!!! Or I at least do not know about those problems. My problem might be a feature (not a bug). I only wanted to know whether it is a feature (i.e. normal) if I cannot see my uploads in the normal library (i.e. among other uploads of other skinners). Please note that I am not experiencing this problem recently but for a long time (couple of months).
