Windowblinda borders when maximized

When I have a window maximized I loose part to the border of the skin. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow all of the border to show when the window is maximized.

forgot to mention that I am using version 4 enhanced on Windows XP

if you have skin studio, look for the file TweakWB.exe in the skin studio folder. Go to the 'Miscellaneous' section and check 'Maximized windows show borders'
